Roadmap Status

The current maturity track turns validated research into a repeatable open-source platform.

Implemented Slices

• PR CI for Rust and Python validation.
• Non-provisioning AWS E2E preflight smoke test in PR CI.
• Scheduled/manual non-provisioning evidence jobs with uploaded evidence reports, including the local starter migration demo.
• Manual-only AWS real-runtime evidence workflow guarded by explicit cost confirmation, a protected environment, and a self-hosted runner label.
• Public evidence index with schema-versioned JSON and Markdown.
• Release artifact builder, checksums, manifest, install docs, installed-binary starter demo, workflow artifact upload, and tag/manual release validation.
• Crate and Python SDK publication-readiness metadata, explicit publish gates, publishing-policy enforcement, and CI package-readiness verification.
• Agent Memory Graph schema and conformance documentation.
• Runtime adapter protocol and framework adapter conformance notes.

Remaining Platform-Maturity Work

• GitHub Release creation and signed assets after the real publishing policy gate is explicitly opened.
• Crate ownership policy and real crates.io publishing.
• Python adapter SDK ownership policy and real package publishing.
• Broader scheduled/manual evidence matrices across additional validated profiles.
• More runtime/model validation paths.
• Public docs expansion as adapter and release workflows stabilise.
